Father of the Year?

8:38am Monday
Saint Paul

“Looks like it may be fractured,” said the physician’s assistant.

My daughter had been complaining of a sore foot since her gymnastics lessons… six months ago.

It was an occasional complaint, and it didn’t stop her from, well, anything.

Gymnastics, running, swimming. She gave her all, every time, and gave the foot no rest.

We thought it may be growing pains.

Or that, if something was wrong, it would heal on its own.

But without rest, it didn’t heal.

And the pain got worse.

And—father of the year over here—I finally brought her in.

“Let’s get her into a boot,” said the PA, “and then we’ll set an appointment with the podiatrist.”

Working from home has its benefits, including a flexible schedule for events like this.

That’s why I wrote Inside Marketing Secrets—to give you a glimpse into direct response copywriting and so you can improve your marketing response, either as a marketer yourself, or as the owner of a product or service.

Because, when you sell with copy, you can write it anywhere.

At $26, Inside Marketing Secrets is not a dirt-cheap book—though it’s not exactly expensive—and it’s not a huge book either. Only 76 pages of large type.

If you believe believe you should pay for content by the pound, you may be disappointed.

But if you think actionable ideas are valuable, without a ton of fluff slowing you down, it may be what you’re looking for.

Have a great day,

P.S. Tomorrow is the podiatrist appointment. Meanwhile, daughter o’ mine spent the weekend hobbling around in a boot, playing basketball.
