Help! Back Pain?

It’s not just the words. It’s your reader, too.

I’m at the library, escaping the summer noise at home, going through some old ads.

One of these old ads has a single word headline:

Help!

Another ad has a two word headline:

Back Pain?

I’m a big fan of longer headlines that include 3 of the 4 U’s:

• Urgent
• Unique
• USeful
• Ultra-specific

Plus the 5th U for a bonus: YOU.

But when the prospect has back pain?

Calling out that pain may be all it takes to get a reader.

So whatever headline style you’re using now — short or long — try its opposite. Test how it works. And let me know.

It might unlock new magic for you.

Love you,

Jeffrey

P.S. Many of our Facebook Ad ROAS were over 3x…

Until the 4th of July.

Then things started going down hill.

We’re working on a fix – but have your own ads been hit by this drop too?

Reply and let me know if we’re all alone or not.
