Your #2 Job in Business… (and a P/T Job Opportunity)

Customer service is Job #2.

(Job #1, Dan Kennedy reminds us, is marketing.)

So when the fence company put in our new fence posts…

While we were in California…

Unable to approve the installation location…

And now the posts are in the wrong spot…

With an unexpected HOLE in our new driveway…

I very much expect this to be rectified.

And it’ll probably cost them a who’ lotta money to do it right.

Because we told them…

“We will not be here.”

And they came anyway.

SO…

Make sure your customer service is on point.

/end rant.

MARKETING JOB OPP:

Not a huge role but maybe you’re interested.

Saw this from a friend and former co-worker on LinkedIn:

Hey friends, I’m looking for an entry-level part-time marketing and creative assistant to join the Carenzo Agency team. Someone who’s equal parts creative thinker and checklist wizard. Familiarity with marketing workflows, creative processes, or even video production is a plus, but quick learners are my favorite kind of people.

If that sounds like you, or you know someone who fits that description, please send them my way or slide into my DMs (which I’ve been told by my kids I’m way too old to say, but here we are).

Thanks in advance for doing what this circle does best: connecting like-minded humans.

I know nothing about the role but wanted to pass it along in case you’re looking for part-time work.

Here’s the post itself:

Tell Erin I said hi.

Love you,
