“That might work in your business…

“But my customers are unique. My business is different.”

Says almost everyone.

But they’re wrong.

Fact is, we’re all humans interacting with other humans.

And humans are messy, emotional creatures.

We have been messy and emotional ever since that day 10,000 years ago when Glog didn’t pay Slog for the woolly mammoth hide and they got into a stick fight over who broke the contract.

Or when Eve bit the apple and Adam deflected the blame.

So if you think your customers don’t get excited by big ideas?

Or that they’re not susceptible to urgent calls to action?

You’re mistaken.

Human psychology doesn’t change.

Now, tapping into that psychology might take different forms through time:

Newspaper ads, radio commercials, email marketing.

The successful ones all rely on human psychology.

It’s a powerful force that isn’t going away.

And you can choose to work with it…

…or choose to ignore at your own peril.

Choose wisely.
