Winning bid is over 10X my bid. And yet…

Two blocks east of the Mississippi

Few weeks back, I invited you to John Bejakovic’s “Daily Email House” group on Skool.

The idea being: send a daily email to build relationships with your readers… prove your knowledge and ability along the way… and make offers that solve problems for your readers…

With the end goal of paying for your house.

And if you took me up on that invite, you may have attended yesterday’ 24-hour Pool Party and Auction, which had my heart pumping.

Up for auction:

Highest bidder gets John’s help to build a great offer. John will then promote the winner and that offer to his list, until it (at least) recovers the bid amount.

Meaning, the winner has a bit of work to do, but won’t be out one cent at the end, and likely will come out far ahead with John’s endorsement to his highly engaged list.

I stopped bidding at $2500.

Yet I stuck around for the entertainment, checking in throughout the day and evening yesterday.

And the acution is still going as I write this, 24 hours after it started, with the highest bid… let me check…

Currently at $15,501 with 11 minutes remaining.

If you have the means to pay for it, John’s offer is a no-brainer. Here’s why.

A legit endorsement from a respected authority in your field?

Bragging rights?

Other people in the industry talking about you?

A guarantee to get your money back?

Super valuable.

(Now the top bid is $22,420.69. Bids are coming in fast and furious at this pool party.)

Not the “VaLuE” of giving away your secrets and teaching everything you know…

But valuable proof, which is arguably more important.

Because as top dog copywriter Gary Bencivenga has told us:

Proof is the most important element in building trust in your offer.

And proof is what this winning bidder gets, in spades.

(7 minutes left. $25,003. Three bidders still at it.)

I don’t want to miss this so I’m going to go.

But today, remember this:

People like excitement and being a part of your world.

And they love various types of proof.

Which is why we send emails. And write good ads.

Love you,

Jeffrey
